Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia is a seasonal theme park. You can't drop in whenever you want to because it's closed during the colder months of the year.Busch Gardens VA opens every spring. The theme park begins its operating season around Spring Break time...and 2010 is no exception! Busch Gardens will be open daily for 2 weeks to celebrate school vacation time...before it slips into it's regular "weekends only" schedule until summertime. Then, during the summer vacation period, Busch Gardens opens daily. In 2010, you'll have 3 entire months---June, July and August---to play every day at the park, if you wish! But...when school opens again in September, the Busch Gardens hours will cut back once again to weekends-only. Fall is an exciting time at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Not just one, but TWO major holidays are celebrated. Halloween time is celebrated with the popular Howl-o-Scream festival, one of the USA's major theme park Halloween events. And, in December, the Busch Gardens Christmas Town celebration draws many visitors with its old-fashioned charm and its sense of excitement in the air. August 2010 hours at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VASunday August 1st to Sunday the 22nd, and Saturday the 28th: Busch Gardens VA will be opening at 10 am and will be closing at 10 pm. Monday August 23rd to Friday August 27th: Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA will open at 10 am and close at 8 pm. Sunday August 29: Busch Gardens Virginia opens at 10 am and closes at 9 pm. Monday and Tuesday August 30 and 31: The park will be opening at 10 am and will be closing at 7 pm. September at Busch Gardens Williamsburg marks the end of summer and the beginning of the Halloween season. Labor Day is the last day that Busch Gardens Virginia will be open weekdays, and is also the last day that Water Country USA will be open, during the 2010 season. Starting Friday, September 24, Howl-O-Scream will start. The park will be open on Fridays and will have extended hours every weekend to accommodate this popular event.Here are the September, 2010 Hours at Busch Gardens VA: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, September 1, 2 and 3: Busch Gardens Virginia will be opening at 10 am and closing at 7 pm Saturday, September 4: Busch Gardens, VA will open at 10 am and close at 10 pm Sunday, September 5: Busch Gardens Williamsburg opens at 10 am and closes at 9 pm Labor Day, Monday September 6: The park will open at 10 am and will close at 7pm. Today marks the end of the summer season...and the end of daily opening times at Busch Gardens VA.
